دانشگاه فنی برلین (TU Berlin) در سال 1884 در شهر برلین ساخته شد. این دانشگاه عضو 9TU که در آن 9 دانشگاه صنعتی و آلمان مشارکت دارند، می باشد. حدود 34000 دانشجو در این دانشگاه مشغول تحصیل می باشند که حدود 20 درصد ظرفیت دانشگاه برلین را دانشجویان خارجی را تشکیل می دهد. هیئت علمی دانشگاه دارای 8 عضو برندهٔ جایزهٔ نوبل می باشد.
